The Latino Cannabis Alliance advances Latino leadership and representation in cannabis policy, research, and industry. We work to ensure cannabis reform reflects the cultural perspectives, priorities, and lived experiences of Latino communities in the United States and across Latin America.
Our mission includes building political, educational, and organizing infrastructure to mobilize Latino stakeholders through resources, education, and clear pathways for engagement.
Latino communities have borne a disproportionate share of the harms caused by cannabis criminalization while contributing significantly to today’s legal cannabis workforce and consumer base. Cannabis prohibition has fueled arrests, incarceration, and immigration consequences that continue to destabilize families and communities.
The Alliance exists to ensure cannabis reform does not advance without Latino leadership at the table.
